Cohort 1 (UHCCs, UH Hilo)

The following is intended for faculty and staff at Cohort 1 campuses
  • Lamakū and Laulima course sites
    • Most courses will use Lamakū.
    • Some courses are approved for a Laulima extension.
    • Students can check with their instructors, STAR, or the ITS Help Desk to determine which LMS is associated with their courses.
  • Student access to Lamakū course sites
    • Students enrolled in courses using Lamakū will have their Lamakū user account provisioned after enrolling in Spring 2025 courses using Lamakū.
    • Students will have access to their Lamakū course sites five days before the first day of instruction. For courses starting on January 13, 2025, students will have access to Lamakū course sites on January 8, 2025.

Cohort 2 (UH Mānoa, UH West Oʻahu)

The following is intended for faculty and staff at Cohort 2 campuses
  • Laulima and Lamakū Spring Extended Pilot course sites
    • Most courses will use Laulima.
    • Faculty teaching in the Spring 2025 Extended Pilot will offer courses in Lamakū.
    • Students can check with their instructors, STAR, or the ITS Help Desk to determine which LMS is associated with their courses.
  • Student access to Lamakū Spring Extended Pilot course sites
    • Students enrolled in courses using Lamakū will have their Lamakū user account provisioned after enrolling in Spring 2025 courses using Lamakū.
    • Students will have access to their Lamakū course sites five days before the first day of instruction. For courses starting on January 13, 2025, students will have access to Lamakū course sites on January 8, 2025.
