Commonly known as the Pacific, Oceania is a region rich for learning about matters of global importance. This online degree program offers students interdisciplinary approaches to studying cultural, ecological, economic, and political flows of Oceania. It provides students training in social sciences approaches to issues of law, nationhood and governance; identity and inequality; resource management and development; and the movements of peoples and cultural forms. The courses in this program take the voices and lived experiences of Pacific Islanders seriously.
