Orientation to Online Learning is a free resource for students and faculty. Faculty can use this resource to prepare their students before taking an online course. This orientation provides students with a preview of an online class so that they can become familiar with distance learning through the University of Hawaiʻi. The readings, videos, and activities are all designed to explain the basics of online learning. Students will also learn about expectations, self-management strategies, features of Laulima, and connecting with campus and system resources.
