Description
This baccalaureate program delivered through Distance Education has been established as a transfer program for students who have completed the first two years of coursework (freshman and sophomore) in-person or online at UH West Oʻahu, from a community college in the UH system or from an accredited institution outside of the UH System.
Students pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with a concentration in History will learn about the causes of significant events in history; examine historical developments in Europe, the Americas, Asia, Hawaiʻi, and the Pacific; assess the role of major actors on the world stage; and foster the skills necessary to discover and express effectively an understanding of the past.
